It is possible that at some events there may need to be limitations imposed due to local health authority regulations. We are no longer obliged to implement social distancing measures in all Media Centres, therefore permanent media no longer need to apply for each event individually. During the World Motor Sport Council of December 2021, updates to Appendix S were approved, which have relaxed several key limitations on media attendees at Formula 1 events.
Once you have applied for your permanent 2022 pass, please note the following:Īccess to events in 2022 will still be subject to the requirements set out in Appendix S to the International Sporting Code and all local health authority requirements.
The deadline for permanent pass applications is 15 February.
If you do not apply within deadline, your pass will not be automatically approved and you will need to apply for race-by-race passes should you wish to continue to attend events.
